Our meeting in Turkey

We had fun, ate and worked a lot!
But what I would like to remark mostly is the warmful welcome of our Turkish partners and the marvellous atmosphere among all the participants in this meeting.
I was really touched and impressed at the fantastic welcome in the school and would like to thank them for that and for the work done.
When you see the photos you may think we are wasting European money just for fun but it really is in these occasions when you understand that getting to know the different peoples, their cultures, is the best way to understand them and the best way to avoid wars: the best road towards peace.

It was really, really hard to organize meeting for almost 30 participants. As a hosting partner we really worked hard and tired. Actually, before beginning of the meeting i had used all my energy and got tired a lot. But when i see pleasure, happiness of the participants and the warm atmosphere that we created together i regain all my energy. I think that we're, all the partners, created a good team work and the most important thing is that we're really friends. We've learnt a lot from each other, we've learnt each others' culture and lifestyle. You're right my dear friend Inma, this is the best way of learning peace and tolerance to differences. First we should learn them to teach them to our students.

I would like to thank all the participants of Ankara meeting for your warm behaviours and for your friendship.
